HR CONCLAVE

About

D. Y. Patil School of Engineering and Management hosted its first HR Conclave in Association with HR Forum India, Kolhapur Foundry & Engineering Cluster-Centre of Excellence and Mateti’s Social Mindset HR Foundation (SMHR), on 21st December 2024, marking a milestone in bridging the gap between Academia and Industry.

The theme for DYPSEM HR Conclave 2024 was “Creating an Engaging Employee Experience”. The conclave brought together a group of HR personalities to ignite insightful discussions and concrete on correct path for the next generation of professionals.

Panel Discussion

The heart of the event was a panel discussion, where experts shared their invaluable insights on the employee engagement and Industry Academia Skills Gap.

The objective of the event was to enable the HR Professionals and students to understand what the companies except from the Institutions and what Institutions expect from Industry and how it will be beneficial for both.

Around 90 HR Professionals and 100 Students were present for the HR Conclave.
